What you are buying

A 50 ml tin of colourless leather balm and an unbleached cotton cloth. The balm is a beeswax and lanolin blend with no pigment and no added colour.

Use two to three times a year on vegetable-tanned items, and on chrome-tanned items when the water-repellent finish stops beading. Colour will deepen — test on a hidden area first and let it dry fully before treating the whole item.

Natural variation. Leather is a hide, not a printed sheet. Grain, tone, healed scars and insect marks vary from piece to piece and no two items are identical. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens with light and handling. None of this is a defect and none of it is grounds for us to reject a withdrawal within the statutory period.

Use in a ventilated room. Keep away from children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened care products cannot be taken back. Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods are unaffected.
