What you are buying

One pouch per shoe, so a pair packs into two corners rather than one block. The base and inner face are unbleached breathable cotton; the outer body is thin full-grain leather.

The cotton matters: a shoe sealed in a non-breathable bag for eight hours comes out worse than it went in.

Natural variation. Leather is a hide, not a printed sheet. Grain, tone, healed scars and insect marks vary from piece to piece and no two items are identical. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens with light and handling. None of this is a defect and none of it is grounds for us to reject a withdrawal within the statutory period.

Care
