What you are buying

A short strap that closes around a case handle with two brass studs, in two colours. It changes the one part of a suitcase you always look at first, which is faster than reading a tag.

It also puts leather between your palm and a cold metal handle, which matters more than it sounds on a long walk through a terminal.

Natural variation. Leather is a hide, not a printed sheet. Grain, tone, healed scars and insect marks vary from piece to piece and no two items are identical. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens with light and handling. None of this is a defect and none of it is grounds for us to reject a withdrawal within the statutory period.
